Jurying Session | Submit Your Work to be Juried
Our first jurying session of the new year is approaching! If you’re not a juried member of Craft NB but would love to be involved in all the 2022 programming, now is your chance! Drop off dates are January 31, February 4, and February 6, at the Charlotte Street Art Center between 8:30am-12pm! Not sure if your work fits into fine craft? Check out the jurying standards now!

Our Shop Manager, Anne has been busy working hard on ensuring that all things are running smoothly on our Shop Craft NB platform! This is a selling platform for our juried members! Atlantic Vernacular| Coming to a Screen Near You!
Our biennale exhibition is coming! 30 poets have been paired with 30 artists to respond to work they’ve created to bring you a multi-sensory experience on a digital platform. This exhibition will be live on our website in March, and pieces from the exhibit will be for sale in our shop!

I-Chun Jenkins | Between the Lines Opening
Craft NB juried member, I-Chun Jenkins has an exhibit called Between the Lines at the UNB Arts Centre in Fredericton on January 21 at 5pm. This exhibit of finely crafted woven paper works features pages which are meticulously cut, sliced, woven, crocheted, or folded together to create images that have a personal resonance for the artist. The exhibit runs until March 4th, and will be featured on the UNB Arts Centre Online Gallery.
Tabitha & Co. | I’m Tabitha, and I’m a Maker
Tabitha received funding last year to create this beautiful video, created by New Brooklyn Media Inc.. Tabitha says it perfectly captures the essence of her work and company values. Craft Council of BC | The Earring Show
The Craft Council of British Columbia presents year 9 of The Earring Show annual fundraiser, a juried exhibition and sales opportunity for contemporary, designer-makers producing wearable art in a whole host of mediums.
The exhibit highlights examples of earrings in every shape, size, material and concept, made by artists across the globe. Furthermore, The Earring Show also provides a space where the public can engage with art jewellery for the first time, or to add to their collection.
Makers can participate in one of three categories: One-Of-A-Kind, Limited Edition and Emerging Artists
This year, The Earring Show will be presented as a hybrid event, with accepted work on display at the CCBC Gallery in Vancouver, Canada and online. An opening event will be hosted virtually on May 5, 2022.
