At its core, “The Thing That Happened” is gathering of short stories, a mere slice of the novel we are all writing together. It is a series of perspectives, a sampling of the many tales told in studios and galleries across the province, and by every member of our community. They are the stories of our lives, weaving the tales that bind us together, and set us apart.
